Christopher Bailey

Born at Fort Knox to a military family, Christopher Bailey grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and its surrounding area. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in history at Indiana University, Southeast, Chris earned his law degree at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2016, passing the bar exam shortly thereafter.
After starting his career in complex corporate and governmental litigation, Chris soon moved to practicing domestic law, helping families navigate the complex and emotional process of working through divorce and custody matters. These cases – often involving multiple hearings and numerous witnesses – gave Chris a unique insight into the Court system and how it operates in Kentucky.
Eventually transitioning to insurance defense, Chris worked a variety of personal injury cases, ranging from slip and falls to motor vehicle collisions to wrongful death claims. After seeing how these cases affected real people and real families, Chris left the “other team” and began working on behalf of those individuals injured by the negligence of others. In the years since, Chris has helped scores of people recover from their losses – both emotional and financial – working to get them the closure that they are desperately entitled to.
When Chris isn’t advocating for his clients, he is busy being a scout leader at his children’s pack, working to help form the leaders and citizens of tomorrow. An avid history buff and reader, Chris also enjoys visiting museums and historical sites around the nation. It is through this civic lens that he views his cases and his clients, many of whom he has maintained contact with for years afterwards.
