Bart Denham founded Denham Property and Injury Law to advocate for the rights of property loss and personal injury victims. He is a native of Lexington, and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Juris Doctorate from the Rosenberg College of Law. Bart is an active member of the Kentucky Justice Association as well as the Florida Justice Association.
Bart was inspired to go to law school by his grandfather Glenn Denham who, after serving as a fighter pilot in the navy during World War Two, practiced law for 52 years and was president of the Kentucky Bar Association. After law school, Bart accepted a role as in-house counsel for a medical device company, which at the time was his ideal choice because of his business background. However, the job left him feeling unfulfilled and exploring other practice areas. Bart decided to get his Florida license and practice property loss litigation with a boutique firm based in the Tampa Bay Area. He was fortunate to be able to learn his craft in the intensely competitive jurisdiction and quickly fell in love with the adversarial aspect of litigation. After that, Bart served as Of Counsel with a prominent personal injury firm in Lexington, Kentucky.
Bart loves helping victims of personal injury and property damage. He hates that people often don’t know their rights when in these types of situations. Bart is passionate about the rule of law, ensuring justice is served, and standing up for the rights of his clients.
When Bart is not advocating for his clients he enjoys cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats, reliving his days as a former DI track and field athlete at local road races, and hanging out with his Standard Poodle.
