Martín García

Martin is a legal professional from Argentina with extensive experience supporting litigation, corporate compliance, and legal operations. Prior to his tenure at Denham Property and Injury Law Firm, he collaborated with both law offices and private sector clients in Argentina, where he managed judicial schedules, handled regulatory matters, participated in negotiations, and advised on legal strategy. His responsibilities encompassed litigation as well as in-house counsel functions.

Martin holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Córdoba, a professional qualification enabling legal practice in Argentina, regarded as equivalent in training to a J.D. in the United States. Additionally, he possesses a postgraduate diploma in Labor Law. He is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and proficient in Italian.

During his early professional years, he served as a teaching assistant in Environmental Law at the Catholic University of Córdoba, where he supported course instruction, student engagement, final examinations, and academic counsel.

Martin also gained valuable early-career experience working at the Attorney General's Office of the Province of Córdoba, within the contentious-administrative division. Over time, he developed strong skills in legal drafting, case evaluation, and communication with clients and counterparts.

Always seeking new challenges, he began working with foreign law firms, which enabled him to acquire broader knowledge of different legal systems.

At Denham, Martin assists attorneys with legal research, drafting, and case management across various insurance and property-related matters. He values precision, transparency, and the cultivation of long-term relationships based on trust, not only with colleagues but also with clients.

Outside of his professional commitments, Martin enjoys photography, theater, spending quality time with friends and family, reading, and long walks with his dog, Olaf.
