Alex Nizuryn is a licensed Kentucky attorney dedicated to advocating for property owners and personal injury victims throughout the Commonwealth. His practice focuses on helping individuals recover compensation for losses caused by negligent parties and insurance companies that fail to honor their obligations.
A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Alex earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Economics, from Tennessee Technological University in 2020. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2023.
Prior to joining Denham Property and Injury Law Firm, Alex served as a Staff Attorney to the Honorable David M. Ward in Division 1 of the Kentucky 25th Judicial Circuit Court. In that role, Alex worked closely with the court on complex legal issues, conducting extensive legal research and assisting in the drafting of judicial opinions and orders across a wide range of civil and criminal matters.
Through this experience, Alex gained valuable insight into how courts analyze legal disputes and the evidentiary standards required to prevail in litigation. He now applies that knowledge to advocate for clients seeking to hold insurance companies accountable and recover the compensation they deserve.
Outside of his legal practice, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and their new puppy, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats, and playing basketball and golf.
