Joseph A. Tisone is an attorney who represents property owners and policyholders in first-party property and property casualty claims against insurance carriers. His practice is focused on helping individuals navigate coverage disputes and obtain the benefits they are owed for damage to their real property.
Prior to focusing his practice on insurance litigation, Joseph represented contractors, subcontractors, and property owners in construction-related disputes and worked in-house for a construction firm. This experience gives him a practical understanding of construction practices, project documentation, and the technical issues that frequently arise in property damage claims.
A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Joseph earned his Bachelor of Science in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University in 2020 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2023.
Joseph is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Nashville Bar Association.
Joseph is passionate about advocating for policyholders and believes that individuals should not have to take on insurance companies alone during some of the most stressful moments of their lives. He is committed to ensuring that insurers honor their obligations and that his clients receive fair treatment under the law.
