Originally from New Jersey, Meredith Truen brings a unique perspective shaped by experience on all sides of the insurance industry. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and her law degree from Barry University, she began her career working for a Florida insurance company before joining one of the state’s largest insurance defense law firms. These experiences provided valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate, investigate, and defend claims, knowledge she now uses to advocate for her clients.
For nearly a decade, Meredith has represented homeowners, business owners, and contractors in insurance disputes, helping thousands of clients recover the benefits they deserve under their insurance policies. In addition to advocating for her clients, she is passionate about educating policyholders and industry professionals on insurance coverage, claims handling, and the claims process. Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and discovering great food wherever she goes.
