Jonathon is originally from Indiana but has extensive experience abroad. Therefore, he has always been more globally oriented from an early age. He speaks six languages (Korean, Turkish, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Uzbek) and is an autodidact in that area.
He earned his bachelor’s degree at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and majored in International Affairs with a focus on nation development and macroeconomics, Central Asian Studies as a region of focus, along with a minor in Spanish linguistics.
His primary areas of interest are football/soccer, Formula 1 and other motorsports, traveling, free climbing, mountain climbing, hiking, running, cycling, and reading.
