Adam’s legal practice is focused on two areas, but with only one goal: helping hardworking people. First, Adam helps accident victims seek the financial compensation they so richly deserve from the parties responsible. Second, Adam fights back against insurance companies who wrongfully deny claims by their own insureds, everyday people who have paid their premiums on time and rightfully expect their insurance contracts to be honored.
While he is from Eastern Kentucky, Adam attended Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky, before receiving his J.D. magna cum laude from the J. David Rosenberg College of Law at the University of Kentucky. Before joining the Denham Law Firm, Adam worked for several regional and boutique insurance defense firms, defending major insurance carriers such as Progressive, Liberty, and State Farm. However, now Adam takes what he learned from fighting for big insurance and uses it to fight for his clients, making sure they receive the compensation and policy coverage they justly deserve.
Adam is an experienced litigator who has argued cases in most of Kentucky’s 120 counties, not to mention Kentucky’s Eastern and Western District Federal Courts. Before becoming an attorney, Adam was a teacher and takes an exceptional amount of pride in using his skills as an educator to clearly explain the intricacies of the law to clients and courts alike.
Outside the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, philosophizing, being terrible at fantasy football, nature and hiking, and the occasional bourbon tasting.
