Dalton Rawls is a Nashville native licensed in both Tennessee and Alabama. His practice focuses on recovering compensation for underpaid and wrongfully denied insurance claims.
Dalton completed his undergraduate degrees in Theology and Psychology at Lipscomb University in 2018 and earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2024.
Prior to joining Denham Property and Injury Firm, Dalton worked in the Appellate Advocacy Clinic at The University of Alabama School of Law. There he worked on civil and criminal appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. His experience in Federal Court empowers his advocacy against insurance companies looking to remove claims from state courts and into federal jurisdictions.
Outside the practice of law, Dalton enjoys reading across a range of genres, strategy games, and waking up at 6:00 AM on Saturdays to watch Liverpool Football Club.
